Elisha Collier O'Brien
Elisha joined Chambers Ireland in January 2016 as Research and Policy Executive.
Elisha holds a Master’s Degree in International Political Economy from the University of Warwick, a BA in Politics, Irish and Liberal Arts from University College Dublin, and is currently undertaking an Advanced Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property Rights and ICT Law with KU Leuven.
Prior to joining Chambers Ireland, Elisha completed a stagiaire with the Trade Section of the Delegation of the European Union to the United States in Washington DC, and worked for a number of Irish based organisations.
