Celebrating the 3rd United Nations International Day of Yoga our flagship events on June 21st bring together people from all walks of life, all ages and from all around Ireland.
There are two events.


Yoga For All
(Morning Session 
9:30am – 12pm followed by light lunch – €10 per person)

Celebrates yoga and its powerful benefits in modern life with speakers including Mrs. Vijay Thakur Singh, Indian Ambassador to Ireland, Tracy Piggott, Sports Broadcaster, Dennis Curran, Personal Development expert, Madeleine Quirke, CEO Wexford Chamber and Calodagh McCumiskey, Wellbeing Expert and Director of Spiritual Earth.

They will share in an engaging morning learning how wellbeing is not only good for us but brings immediate feel-good benefits. Attendees will experience yogic practices that will help them de-stress, relax and build focus including gentle stretches, meditation, breath-work and relaxation.


Rejuvenate Ireland Wellbeing Conference
(Evening Session 7pm – 11pm includes a drinks reception and evening meal – €75 per person)

Wellbeing makes sense – for business and for society. Proper wellbeing offers a solution to many of the problems we face. Balance is essential in today’s fast-paced modern world. The Rejuvenate Ireland Wellbeing Conference brings together leaders in their fields to highlight the opportunities, threats and problems we face today and offer solutions on how we can overcome these challenges.

Attendees will hear from inspirational speakers including Steve Black, motivational speaker with a range of sporting and corporate clients, Terry Prone, PR Guru, Tracy Piggott, Sports Broadcaster, Colin Regan, GAA Community & Health Manager, Liam Griffin, Chair of Griffin Group, Madeleine Quirke, CEO of Wexford Chamber and Calodagh McCumiskey, Wellbeing Expert and Director of Spiritual Earth.
