Hilary is the Joint Managing Partner of Haydon- Chartered Accountants of which he was a founding partner in 1990. He overseas directly the management and development of key practice areas including Corporate Finance, Wealth Management Services, Investment Services, Private Equity Services, Financial Service and Marketing and Strategic Development.

He has had many years of experience working within the Industry and has served on the boards of many Public and Private Companies. He is also currently, the Chairman of the Chambers Ireland Local Government and Ratepayers Council.
