Mark joined Chambers Ireland in May 2007 and is responsible for the management of European and domestic projects. He also oversees the training and education wing of the organisation, the Chamber Business School.

Mark holds a BA (Hons) in History and Politics from the University of Limerick, and an MSc (Econ) in International Politics from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth.
