Chambers Ireland Launches New Brand

A new brand for Chambers Ireland and its affiliated Chambers across the country was launched today reflecting our heritage and our ongoing evolution as a strong, influential and collaborative network that effects real change as the voice of business in every community.

Our new logo and tagline, Advancing business together, illustrates the ethos of Chambers across the country, reflecting the work being done on behalf of our members in many different spheres including lobbying Local Government, National Government and the EU to shape policy and deliverables, as well as representing the concerns of business to relevant stakeholders.

28/11/17 NO FEE Rrepresentatives of the Chambers network from all parts of the country came together to launch, Mapping the Future – Chamber Network new Branding with Chambers Ireland President Niamh Boyle and Chambers Ireland Chief Executive Ian Talbot. PIcture: Finbarr O’Rourke NO REPRO FEE

Chambers Ireland Chief Executive Ian Talbot welcomed the new brand, “Our new logo and tagline perfectly encapsulate what we stand for. As the country’s largest business network founded in 1923, with some of our members dating back as far as the 1700’s, we have substantial history, knowledge and a consistent background as the voice of the business community. Today, Chambers are more relevant than ever. As the needs of business change, we are consolidating our ability to adapt and meet the needs of our members through engagement, active listening and calls to action. Our lobbying targets issues relevant to all businesses large and small, foreign and domestic tied together by location. We look forward to seeing the continued growth and influence of our network”.

The design of our new logo emerged by looking individually at our unique characteristics, namely Heritage, Connections and Expansion and endeavouring to incorporate all three. We have encapsulated the wealth of history that Chambers Ireland represents as well as our comprehensive connections across sectors and the current evolution and growth we are experiencing within our network, where collaboration across multiple geographic areas to achieve more meaningful outputs has become increasingly used as a powerful way to effect change, for example to highlight significant infrastructure needs.

Our wide geographic presence keeps us fully informed and immediately up to date with any issues that arise causing concern for business and places us in a good position to take the lead in analysis and formulating a position that we can use to influence change. Our network’s unique combination of localised knowledge, expertise and resources and a rich database accumulated over time means we are an effective lobbying group for our members.

With the business community in Ireland preparing for the outcomes of Brexit and discussion on the Future of Europe, we believe that our Network provides strength in numbers, a local, regional and national presence and consistent engagement with stakeholders that will better enable business to thrive in the ever evolving environment.
