Chambers Ireland actively engages in research and lobbying activities on a range of public policy issues of interest to our members. By drawing upon the expertise of our member chambers and the businesses they represent, we are in a unique position to understand the concerns of all sectors of business from all regions of Ireland.
In 2019 Chambers Ireland will focus on certain key areas for in-depth research, promote the importance of these policy areas for the business community and engage on such issues with government and national bodies through our lobbying activities.
Corporate Social Responsibility is a core policy area for Chambers Ireland and for the Chamber Network. Our CSR policy section provides information on CSR for SMEs, CSR Case Studies, useful CSR Resources and details of the Chambers Ireland annual CSR Awards.
As Chambers Ireland engages in lobbying activities we are registered under the Regulation of Lobbying Act 2015 and file three reports annually detailing any meeting or communications between Chambers and a Designated Public Official (DPO).
